Cancellation and Late Policy: Important!
Because we reserve time for you for your exclusive use, often turning away others, we must charge our full fee if you do not show up for a session, or cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice. We require a credit card number or prepayment to reserve a session for new clients. Because we respect your time as well, if we miss or late cancel your appointment, your make-up session will be no charge.
Generally, we can make up no more than five minutes of a session if you are late. Your fee for that session will be charged for the time scheduled. If we are late, we will make up your time during your session, adjust the fee, or add time to your next session.
