Steven Clark

Steven Clark

After 20 years as a full-time Episcopal organist & choirmaster, Steve was drawn to explore methods of profound healing that can occur through relaxation and touch. In 1993, he completed his coursework with honors from the Humanities Center of Allied Health School of Massage. After receiving his Florida massage therapy license, the majority of Steve’s therapeutic work was with clients who suffered chronic pain as a result of accidents or injuries. In 1995, he and two other massage therapists opened a clinic in Clearwater, Florida, to accommodate the many referrals they received from physicians and other medical professionals.

In 2003, he received his certification in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage.

Steve blends deep-tissue therapy with gentle, energetic work to engage a client’s own healing processes to reduce or relieve pain and to achieve a sense of well-being that comes from a state of deep relaxation.
